Therapy Session Cancellations
Therapy Session Cancellations:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments are billed at 50% of the standard fee. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time or missed appointments are billed the full session rate. Most insurance plans do not reimburse cancellation fees.
Cancellations for longer session:
All sessions of 3 hours or more, require at least 5 days’ notice for cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 5 days’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee, and cancellations made within 24 hours or same-day will be charged in full. I recommend arranging these appointments via email or phone
Workshop Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 2 months prior will receive a 75% refund. or the option of full credit toward a future workshop.
- Cancellations made between 1–2 months prior will receive a 50% refund or the option of full credit toward a future workshop.
- Cancellations made within 1 month of the workshop will receive a 75% credit toward a future workshop.
